About Coach

I started at a CrossFit gym in 2015 to prepare for the Marine Corps, and my passion for functional fitness grew throughout my time in service. While stationed in Quantico, VA, I earned my L1 certification, which deepened my interest in movement, programming, and coaching as I took on the responsibility of training fellow Marines. After leaving the military, I obtained my Level 2 certification, and my wife and I joined what was then CrossFit New England. A year later, an opportunity arose to apply for a coaching position. When my wife "suggested" I apply, I went for it, and after a few meetings, I began the onboarding process. Around the same time, I started assisting with media work for CompTrain, spending countless hours filming and editing videos of Ben—an experience that taught me more than any course I’ve taken to date. In early 2025, I stepped into the role of Head Coach, where I now have the privilege of coaching not only our athletes but also other coaches. What I love most about CTNE is its accessibility to everyone. Our needs vary by degree, not kind, and the fact that we program for and embrace athletes of all levels—without requiring high-skill movements—speaks volumes about Ben and Heather’s commitment to health and longevity. Every day, I get to be part of something bigger than fitness; I get to help change lives inside and outside the gym.
