Team Training is designed for athletic teams looking to elevate their performance through structured strength and conditioning. These private sessions build power, speed, coordination, and injury resilience—tailored to your sport and season.
60 Minute Sessions, minimum 1x/week for at least 8 weeks.

Cost:
• 1 session/week: $300 per session
• 2 sessions/week: $290 per session
• 3 sessions/week: $280 per session
• 4 sessions/week: $270 per session
• 5 sessions/week: $260 per session

Team training 2x/week for 8 weeks
→ 16 total sessions × $290/session = $4,640
