About Coach

Q: "What inspired you to start CTNE?" A: I've always believed in the transformative power of fitness, not just for the body but for the mind and spirit as well. I started CTNE because I wanted to create a place that goes beyond traditional training—somewhere people could become their best selves in every aspect of life. I truly wanted to create a place that was more than just a gym - a place that represented the best of humanity; where people authentically care about each other, where they see others wins as their own. A place free of judgement, drama, and negativity - just good vibes and growth. Q: "What's your favorite thing about the CTNE community?" A: Hands down, it's the people. Our community is filled with incredibly supportive, driven, and genuinely good-hearted individuals. There's an infectious energy when everyone rallies around each other, whether celebrating milestones or pushing through workouts. It's a special place because everyone is committed not just to their own success but to lifting up those around them. Q: "What’s your coaching philosophy?" A: The way we train should prepare us for life—not just the gym. It’s not about being the best at working out; it’s about being ready (physically, emotionally, and mentally) for whatever life throws at you. My philosophy is built around a holistic approach to health, wellness and fitness, emphasizing training smarter, not just harder. Fitness is a tool, and when used well, it can unlock a better version of yourself. Q: "What’s something most people don’t know about you?" A: I love learning from fields outside of fitness—business, psychology, biology, philosophy, nature, even farming. I think the best coaches aren’t just students of movement but students of life. There’s always something to learn, and I love connecting the dots between different disciplines to make training—and life—more effective and meaningful.
